8 oz light cream cheese
1 cup yogurt (Original recipe used a vanilla-honey variety)
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
1. Using mixer, combine cream cheese, yogurt and sugar until smooth.
2. Add peanuts and mix to combine.
3. Serve with apple slices. Other fruits, crackers, etc would also be delicious.
