Volunteer With Us

A MySahana volunteer is a passionate individual, ranging from teenage years to adulthood, who cares deeply about eradicating the stigma of mental health in the South Asian community.

Volunteers are strong leaders who are committed to making a change in our community. The role of a MySahana volunteer varies broadly, ranging from raising awareness, increasing education to supporting advocacy efforts and participating in fundraising campaigns.

Involvement is tailored to each volunteer’s area of interest, time availability, and expertise.

When you become a MySahana volunteer, we will provide you with communication materials to ensure your success.

Tell us about your interest in volunteering with MySahana via email [email protected].
