Tip #1: Feeling down? Go for a brisk walk outside to lift your mood. It will force you to get out of your routine for a few minutes, increase endorphin flow, and lower chemicals from your immune system that could be bringing down your mood further.
Tip #2: We often hold stress in our bodies, and for many, specifically in our shoulders. Rest your hands on your lap or next to you and drop your shoulders as low as they can go and hold for 5 seconds. Do this every 10 minutes. A change in body posture can trigger an improvement in stress levels.
