Following recipe makes two 8 oz glasses
Ingredients
2 cups unflavored soy-milk or almond milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt (optional)
1/2 cup unflavored rolled oats (not instant)
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
5 to 6 plump fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 banana (optional)
2 scoops plain unflavored protein (whey protein isolate works best)
Blend the ingredients in a powerful blender until smooth. Enjoy this power packed healthy smoothie for a healthy hearty breakfast! You may improvise with mix berries and altering proportions to your taste.
